The Top Employers project gives you a very cost-effective way of reaching your target audience with a well-respected and recognised format. The certified Top Employers are promoted through a group of Media, selected PR activities, at careers fairs throughout the year, online, and through the distribution of the book.
Reaching your (potential) employees
We generate extensive visibility for certified Top Employers. The dedicated project web site, book and principal career events give the primary audience of young professionals (with up to 10 years’ work experience) access to the Top Employers and their distinctive qualities.
We promote the Top Employers through selective PR activities and through a group of Media, which publish and distribute the results of the project.
Internal and external stakeholders
The Top Employers project also allows and supports certified participants to generate their own visibility to internal and external stakeholders. During your individual feedback session, we will advise you on how to exploit your Top Employers certification to its full potential.
