Shanghai, 18th January 2011. The CRF Institute, has assessed the quality as an employer of various top organizations in China. The results of this assessment are announced as “China’s Top Employers 2011”. A final selection of thirty organizations has passed the rigid project phase. According to the Top Employers study, these thirty organizations have met the highest international standards in HR, with excellent performances in the competitive areas of Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions, Training & Development, Career Opportunities, and Company Culture. They thus officially have acquired the China’s Top Employers 2011 Certification Seal.

The Top Employers, including their detailed company profile and their star ratings can all be found online on www.topemployers.com.cn. This website gives visitors a detailed impression of what it is like to work at these organisations. A detailed profile of the thirty certified organisation can also be found in the China's Top Employers 2011 publication, which was published in January 2011.
