The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs concluded that the Top Employers Certification Seal is 100% reliable. According to its analysis, the project is completely trustworthy in its judgments, certifying only the Top Employers that meet the standards of excellence in HR policies. Our seal is the only one of its kind to receive such praise. As the Top Employers methodology is the same in all countries, this assessment is valid for all Top Employers projects around the world.

Only organisations that qualify from the final selection process will acquire the exclusive Top Employers Certification Seal. The seal can be used for a full year, to attract, retain and engage staff.

Top Employers can use the seal on their marketing tools, such as web sites and advertisements, as well as at events such as careers fairs, on annual reports, in emails or on business cards. There are hundreds of inspiring examples around the world that show where and how the seal can be used.

The Top Employers Certification Seal is trademarked internationally. The CRF Institute will supply straightforward guidelines on how it can be used. In line with our mission ‘Inspire Top Employers to stand out’, we will also provide you with an overview of Best Practices to help you use the seal to its full potential.
