We invite the HR decision makers of China’s Top Employers to build on a vision to bring HR to the Next level in China. Starting from the main business challenges Employers in China face, we derived the key challenges for HR.
During the Top Employers’ events we explore how these HR challenges can be translated in differentiating HR management practices in China, by exchanging best practices, share ideas and opinions. The series of discussion meetings results in a comprehensive vision on how to bring HR, and therewith business, to the Next level in China!
